Update Your Payment Method

Need to update your payment method with SegMetrics? You can update the credit card you'd like us to charge from the Billing page in your account. We process all card payments via Stripe.

To update your Payment Method:

1. Head over to your Billing page
2. Locate the Payment Method section
3. Enter the new card details
4. Click Update Card

Will I need to change my card once it's expired?

Yes, you will need to change your card on file once the card used as your payment method has expired.
