1. Accessing Account Settings

  • On any screen within SegMetrics, locate the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click on the gear icon to open the drop-down menu.
  • From the menu, select "Account Settings."

2.Setting Notification Options

In the Account Settings page, you can define the notification options for your reports. Here's how:

  • Once you're on the Account Settings page, select the "Notifications" section in the top bar in the right hand corner 
  • Specify the days on which you want the reports to be sent out by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
  • Choose the recipients for the reports. You can select individuals or groups from your SegMetrics account.
  • 4. After configuring your preferred options, save the changes by clicking on the blue button labeled "Set Notification Options."

  • Scroll further down on the Account Settings page to view the list of standard reports available.

  • If you have created any custom reports, you will find them listed below the standard reports. Toggle on any custom reports you want to include as well.
  • Once you have selected all the reports you want for your auto-email sequence, navigate to the bottom left of the page.
  • Click the blue button labeled "Update Selected Reports" to save your selections.

Q: Can I modify the recipients for each individual report in the email sequence?

A: Currently, the email sequence recipients are set globally in the Account Settings. However, you can create different report sets for different recipients and choose the appropriate set based on your needs.

Q: Can I add anyone I want to receive any report in the email sequence?

A: As long as the recipient is a user or admin within SegMetrics they can be included in the email sequence.

Q: How often are the reports sent in the email sequence?

A: The reports are sent based on the selected days in your notification settings. You have full control over the frequency and timing of the reports being delivered.

Q: Can I change the order of the reports in the email sequence?

A: At present, the reports are sent in the order they are listed in the Account Settings page. If you wish to change the order, you can update the selection of reports accordingly.
