How do I view a contact's journey

Accessing your Contact Journey
1. From any report, click on a Lead, Customer, or Revenue metric. This will pull up the Contact/Customer Ledger

2. Click on any of the email addresses with in the ledger to open up that contacts full journey.

3. Click the Filter Activities drop down to filter the journey to see or remove specific contact activities such as tag, page view and more.
