How to Export a List of Unsubscribed Contacts

If you are considering trying to re-engage or recapture a customer that has intentionally canceled or accidentally let their subscription lapse, you can create a list of these contacts and export them to use in your re-engagement campaign.

1. First go to a subscriptions report
2. Filter by Subscriptions status inactive
3. Go to Table View
4. Filter by Canceled subscriptions

5. Export as retargeting list or pdf
