Managing Your SegMetrics Plan

Account plans are based on the number of contacts your currently have in your CRM or email marketing tool. You can learn more about pricing specifics from our pricing page. You can always double check which plan you're currently subscribed to by visiting your Billing page. Your current plan will have a red colored border. 

Change plan

To upgrade or downgrade your SegMetrics plan:

  1. Visit your Billing page
  2. Locate the Change Plan section
  3. For the plan you'd like, click Choose Plan
    1. Or, click Switch to Annual if you'd like to switch to annual and save a bit of coin

You can also view your current Subscription Status from the Billing page. From there, you'll see information about your current Plan, Contacts count, Integration level, Data Sync, and Price.
