Account Notifications

The Notifications area in your SegMetrics account is helpful for when we provide in-app announcements, such as when new features are released. We’ll also send you a notification if something goes wrong in your account, such as if a particular integration needs to be reauthorized or if a data upload has failed.

How to View Your Notifications

When you have a new or unread notification, you’ll see a red badge on the Bell icon at the top right of your account, right next to your account name.

To view your notifications:

  1. Click the Bell icon at the top right of your account
  2. When the notification drop down appears, select the notification to view
  3. To clear your notification, click Mark All as Read (this cannot be undone)
