The Notifications area in your SegMetrics account is helpful for when we provide in-app announcements, such as when new features are released. We’ll also send you a notification if something goes wrong in your account, such as if a particular integration needs to be reauthorized or if a data upload has failed.
How to View Your Notifications
When you have a new or unread notification, you’ll see a red badge on the Bell icon at the top right of your account, right next to your account name.
To view your notifications:
- Click the Bell icon at the top right of your account
- When the notification drop down appears, select the notification to view
- To clear your notification, click Mark All as Read (this cannot be undone)
