Connect ReCharge with SegMetrics

In this article, you’ll learn how to integrate your ReCharge and SegMetrics accounts to get a historical view of your ReCharge transaction data.

Request a ReCharge API Token

Before you are able to integrate your ReCharge account into SegMetrics, you’ll need to request a ReCharge API token from the ReCharge support team. 

Please reach out to them to request a new API token.

Once you’ve received your token, it can be retrieved under Integrations > API Tokens on the right-hand corner of your ReCharge Dashboard.

Next, you'll need to enable Read Access to the following items:

  • Orders
  • Discounts
  • Subscriptions
  • Payments
  • Customers
  • Products
  • Accounts

Integrate ReCharge with SegMetrics

Now that you have your ReCharge API Token handy, you can now integrate your ReCharge account with SegMetrics.

To integrate ReCharge and SegMetrics:

  1. Head over to your integration page
  2. Select the ReCharge integration

  3. Enter your API Token

  4. Click Connect Recharge

And that’s it! Once integrated, SegMetrics will start importing all of your historical ReCharge data!

The data imported includes:

  • Orders
  • Discounts
  • Subscriptions
  • Payments
  • Customers
  • Products
  • Accounts

To view your ReCharge data, head over to a new Orders report and select the date range you’d like to view!
