Agency White Labeling
White labeling allows you to customize your SegMetrics agency dashboard with your own branding, creating a seamless experience for your clients. You can update colors, logos, and agency information to match your brand identity. This article walks you through customizing your agency's appearance and settings.
Accessing Agency Settings
From your Agency dashboard, click on Agency Settings.

This will take you to the Agency Settings page where you can customize your agency information and branding.
Updating Agency Information
In the Agency Information section, you can update the following details:
- Agency Name: Enter your agency's official name as you want it displayed to clients.
- Email: Provide the primary contact email for your agency.
- PayPal Email: Add your PayPal email address for payment processing (if applicable).

Make sure your contact information is accurate so clients can reach you and payments are processed correctly.
Customizing Your Branding
The Branding section allows you to apply your visual identity across the dashboard. You can customize:
Color Scheme
- Primary Color: This color will be used for main dashboard elements like buttons, links, and active states.
- Secondary Color: This color provides accent styling throughout the interface.
Use your brand's color palette to create a cohesive look that matches your other client-facing materials.
Visual Assets
Upload the following branded elements:
- Logo: Your agency logo that will appear in the dashboard header and on reports.
- Icon: A smaller icon version (typically square) used for favicons and compact displays.
- Cover Image: A banner or cover image that may appear on login screens or report covers.

Tip: For best results, use high-resolution images in standard web formats (PNG, JPG, or SVG). Ensure your logo has a transparent background for seamless integration with different interface elements.
Applying Your Changes
- After updating your agency information and branding elements, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Save Changes to apply your customizations.
- Refresh your dashboard to see your new branding in action.
Your white-labeled branding will now appear across all client dashboards and reports associated with your agency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What image dimensions should I use for my logo and icon?
A. For optimal display quality, we recommend:
- Logo: 300px wide × 100px tall (PNG with transparent background)
- Icon: 512px × 512px square (PNG)
- Cover Image: 1920px × 400px (JPG or PNG)
Q. Will my branding appear on client reports?
A. Yes. Once you've set up your white-label branding, your logo, colors, and agency name will automatically appear on all reports generated for your clients, giving them a fully branded experience.
Q. Can I use different branding for different clients?
A. White-label branding applies at the agency level, meaning all clients under your agency will see the same branding. If you need different branding for separate client groups, you may need to set up multiple agency accounts.
Q. How long does it take for branding changes to appear?
A. Branding changes take effect immediately after you save your settings. You may need to refresh your browser or clear your cache to see the updates reflected in your dashboard.
Q. Can I preview my branding before clients see it?
A. Yes. After saving your branding changes, navigate through your own agency dashboard to preview how elements appear. You can also create a test client account to see the full client-facing experience before rolling out changes to all clients.
