SegMetrics allows you to track leads acquired through Demio by simply adding the tracking pixel to each webinar you want to track.

Get the SegMetrics Tracking Code

1. In SegMetrics, go to your Site Setup page from the gear in the top menu, and copy the pixel code
2. If you haven't configured your Tracking Code previously, check out the Installing the Tracking Pixel instructions to set up your site correctly

Install the SegMetrics Tracking Code

1. Click Edit for the event you want to track in SegMetrics
2. Click on the Additional Options button at the right hand side of the event card and click Customize event
3. From there, you'll find the Integrations card where you'll be able to manage any custom code that's added to the event pages
4. Select the Settings options and a pop-over will appear
5. Paste the Tracking Pixel into each of the tracking boxes:

• Registration Page
• Thank You page
• Webinar Room
• Replay Page

6. Click Save Integration

Q: What if my Demio event is On-Demand only?

A: On-Demand events in Demio don't have a Thank You page since registrants are redirected directly to the webinar room. You can still add the tracking pixel to the Registration Page, Webinar Room, and Replay Page for these events.

Q: Can I track multiple webinars with SegMetrics?

A: Yes, you'll need to add the same SegMetrics tracking pixel to each individual webinar event you want to track. The pixel code remains the same across all your webinars.
