How to Set Up API User in Konnektive
Before connecting to SegMetrics, you'll need to create an API user in your Konnektive account:
Step 1: Create New API User
- In Konnektive, go to Admin | Users
- Click the green Add User button

Step 2: Configure User Details
Complete the user creation form with these settings:
User Details:
- Username: Choose a desired username for the API user
- Email: Enter an email address for the user
- Access Level: Select "API User"
- Password: Create a secure password (Note: password must not contain an "&" symbol)
- Confirm: Re-enter the password to confirm

Step 3: Set IP Whitelist
In the "IP Whitelist" box, enter the following IP ranges:
- AWS
- DIGITAL_OCEAN
