How to Sign Up as an Agency Partner
Step 1: Complete the Application
- Visit the Agency Partner page on our website
- Click Get Started or Create Agency Account
- Fill out the agency registration form
- Complete your agency profile setup
Congratulations! You've now joined the SegMetrics Agency program and can start earning revenue share from client referrals.
Step 2: Apply for the Agency Partner Directory (Optional)
For increased visibility and lead generation opportunities, you can apply to be featured in our exclusive Agency Partner Directory:
- Ensure you have a SegMetrics Agency Account (completed in Step 1)
- Complete the Agency Partner Directory application
- Wait for our marketing team to create your draft listing (typically takes a few business days)
- Review and approve your listing before it goes live

- Free listing with no hidden fees for referrals or connections

Creating Client Accounts Directly
For agencies who prefer to manage multiple client accounts from a single login, you can create SegMetrics accounts directly for your clients.\ This method is for accounts you are going to manage and will sign up using the agency credit card. This allows the client to recieve the agency pricing (determined by contacts, no base pricing)

- Ability to invite clients as team members later
How to Create Client Accounts
- From the top right of your account, click on your account name
- From the dropdown, click Add Account
- Follow the onscreen prompts to finalize the account
- Click Add New Account
- Repeat these steps to create additional accounts
Requirements:
- You'll need to enter a credit card to activate each account
- Each new account starts with a 14-day trial
- You can invite clients as team members to give them access
Note: Accounts created this way use beneficial agency pricing and do not generate commission revenue. For commission-eligible accounts, clients must sign up using your affiliate link and their own credit card.
Getting Your Referral Link
Once you're approved as an agency partner, you'll have access to a unique referral link to share with potential clients. This is if you do not want/need to manage your account directly.
How to Access Your Referral Link
- Login to your agency dashboard
- Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and locate your referral link
- Click Copy
- Share your link with clients
Important Commission Requirements: To earn commission on client accounts, both of the following conditions must be met:
- Client must sign up using your affiliate link (found at the bottom of your agency dashboard)
- Client must use their own credit card (not your agency's credit card)
Note: Commission is only earned on accounts with normal pricing. Accounts created with agency pricing do not generate commission.
If your clients didn't use your referral link to sign up, you can add them manually through your agency dashboard using the "Add a new lead" form with their email address, but commission eligibility still requires they used their own payment method.
Understanding Your Agency Dashboard
Your agency dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your referral performance and earnings.
Key Metrics
- Referrals: Total number of people you've sent your referral link
- Customers: Total number of people that have signed up using your referral link
- Clicks: Total number of referral link clicks
- Unpaid Earnings: Total amount of agency earnings that have not been paid out to you
Dashboard Navigation
Your agency dashboard includes several tabs for detailed tracking:
- Details: View performance details of your referral link for the last 7 days, 4 weeks, or 6 months
- Rewards: View and download your latest commissions
- Payouts: View your latest commission payouts
- Assets: View your marketing assets
Setting Up Commission Payouts
Commission payouts are only for accounts under your agency that are paying their own base price (not agency pricing) and whose own credit card is on file (as opposed to the agency card). \ \ Configure your preferred payout method to receive your agency commissions. You can choose between PayPal or direct bank deposit (US banks only).
How to Configure Payouts
- Login to your agency dashboard
- Click Select Payout Method
- Choose your preferred method (PayPal or Bank) and click Select
- Follow the onscreen prompts

Enter your PayPal email address when prompted.

Bank Setup
For direct bank deposits:
- Select your country (US only)
- Enter account holder name
- Enter account number
- Enter routing number
Important Payout Information
- Revenue share is earned monthly for as long as client accounts remain active
- Commission payouts are processed monthly (not quarterly as previously stated)
- Minimum payout threshold is $100.00
- You can choose between standard affiliate payout or account credit/discount
- You can connect both PayPal and bank accounts, but only one can be active at a time
- Only US bank accounts are currently supported
