Connecting your Zoho CRM account

Before connecting, ensure you have admin access to your Zoho CRM account and your login credentials ready.

  1. Log in to your SegMetrics account and navigate to the Integrations page at https://app.segmetrics.io/a/integration
  2. Locate Zoho CRM in the list of available integrations
  3. Click Connect Zoho
  4. When prompted, enter your Zoho CRM login credentials
  5. Authorize SegMetrics to access your Zoho CRM data

Once connected, SegMetrics will begin importing your Zoho CRM contact data, including contact information, tags, and custom fields.


Using Zoho CRM data in SegMetrics reports

Zoho CRM data appears across several SegMetrics report types:

Acquisition Reports track newly created contacts from Zoho CRM, showing which marketing channels first brought contacts into your system.

Advertisement Report This is for analyzing the effectiveness of your paid ads. This will show cost per lead, cost to acquire customer, and ROAS.

Nurture Reports track contacts who received tags or were added to specific segments in Zoho CRM, helping you understand how contacts move through your nurture sequences.

Engagement Reports track how Zoho CRM contacts interact with your website, emails, and other marketing touchpoints, providing insight into engagement levels across different contact segments.

Orders Reports display all revenue associated with Zoho CRM contacts, regardless of when the purchase occurred relative to when the contact was added to your CRM.

Subscriptions Reports track contacts who started subscriptions, allowing you to analyze subscription behavior and lifetime value by contact source.
