Integration Overview
SegMetrics imports your contacts, custom fields, and orders directly from Mindbody . SegMetrics is kept up to date with the most recent information in your Mindbody account, to make sure you always have access to the information you need.
If you are using Mindbody's payment tracking, we'll import those automatically. If you have a payment processor that doesn't connect with Mindbody natively, we can connect that information together using the email addresses in Mindbody.
You don't need to import the orders or people in a special way: they just need to be in your Mindbody account!
How to connect Mindbody to SegMetrics
1) Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and then click "Integrations"
2) Once you're on the Integrations page, select the CRM list and click on Connect next to Mindbody.
3) This will open the Activation window, which is where you will be prompted to enter your site ID and confirm API access.
4) Thats it, you’re done! We’ll take it from here as it will take some time to import all of your Mindboy data. You will get an email notifying you when its complete. In the meantime, if you haven’t already, make sure you start connecting any of your other integrations such as ad platforms or even other payment processors.
How much historical data is synced when you first connect Mindbody to SegMetrics?
When you connect a new Mindbody integration, all historical data from your Mindbody account is synced. There will of course be no historical click data unless the SegMetrics tracking pixel has already been on your pages. All click data can only date as far back as when the pixel was placed on a website.
Pro Tip: Once Mindbody is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical Mindbody data in your SegMetrics reports.
How to connect payment information to Mindbody contacts
If you're using Mindbody's payment integrations, there is nothing left to do: the payment data is integrated automatically.
But, if you do not have a payment integration with your Mindbody account, you can integrate your payment processor with SegMetrics. We recommend using whichever payment processor can act as your single source of truth.
How to build a Report using Mindbody data
Once your data is imported from Mindbody, you can create reports with the data to see how each touchpoint influences your sales.
1) Go to conversions on the left navigation bar. Then click Orders.
2) Select your desired filters based on dates, tags and touchpoints
3) Save it for later use or to use the data in a custom dashboard

What time zone is Mindbody data synced in?
Mindbody data is synced in UTC. SegMetrics reports on your data based in the timezone that you set in your Account Settings.
Does SegMetrics Import Bookings from Mindbody?
Currently SegMetrics does not have the ability to bring in bookings. It is something we plan on being able to achieve in the near future.
How can I set up Landing Pages to track Optins?
If you are using Mindbody's booking pages, you'll want to install the tracking pixel on those pages as well as any forms. You can test the schedule/opt in forms using our debugger tool located at the bottom of your settings page
Do I need the tracking pixel to get the data found in my Mindbody account?
You do not need to create a Tracking Link for SegMetrics to track website visitors, it will still gather the UTM data. Tracking Links provide a simple way to get further detail of exactly which link they clicked for ads, email broadcasts, or campaigns.
