Connecting CallRail to SegMetrics allows you to track both online and offline customer interactions, providing comprehensive insights into your marketing campaigns' performance. Step 1: Generate an API Key in CallRail

  1. Log in to your CallRail account
  2. Click on your account name in the top right corner and select Account Settings
  3. In the settings menu, select API Keys from the sidebar
  4. Click Create API Key
  5. Name your key something memorable, like "SegMetrics Integration"
  6. Click Create and copy the generated API key

Step 2: Connect CallRail to SegMetrics

  1. Log in to your SegMetrics account
  2. Navigate to the Integrations section from the main dashboard
  3. Find CallRail in the list of available integrations and select it
  4. Complete the integration form:
    • Name Your Integration: Enter a nickname (e.g., "CallRail")
    • Account ID: Enter your CallRail account email
    • API Key: Paste the API key you generated from CallRail
  1. Click Connect CallRail

Step 3: Verify Data Synchronization

Once connected, SegMetrics will automatically:

  • Import Call Data: Bring in call logs, caller details, and related metrics from CallRail
