Canceling Your Account
We're sorry to see you go! But if you must cancel your account, you can do so from the Billing page in your account.
To cancel your SegMetrics account:
- Head over to your Billing page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Cancel My Account
- Provide a bit of feedback
Although we're bummed you'll no longer be using SegMetrics, we appreciate all of your feedback. It's this feedback that allows us to make the platform that much better.
May we ask why you're canceling? We may still be able to help you get up and running if you've decided to cancel for the following reasons:
- Need more support
- Too expensive
- Difficult to set up
- Technical problems
Keep in mind that during your free 14-day trial, we're more than happy to provide the support you need to get your data properly flowing. You can always reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that when you cancel your account, we will stop syncing any data from your integrations and your tracking pixel.
